Jorge Rodríguez

Jorge is the Head of M&A at Cardumen Capital and is based in Madrid. In this role, Jorge leads our efforts to support our portfolio companies in the origination and execution of M&A transactions and liquidity events.

Jorge brings over a decade of experience to Cardumen, having worked for private equity investors, consulting firms, and large corporations in M&A strategy and execution. With significant sell-side and buy-side experience, his expertise encompasses buyouts, growth equity, and cross-border transactions, having completed landmark deals across the software, cyber, and climate-tech verticals.

Jorge holds an MSc with honors in Energy Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and has completed an executive education program at Heriot-Watt University in the UK.
