With more than 20 years of experience in the food sector, prior to joining Cardumen Capital Sejal worked at Nestlé for 7 years as a Project Conceptualization Manager.
He also worked at SPRIM as a Strategy and Innovation Consultant and then at GB Foods as Global Research Director.
Most recently, he spent almost 4 years as CEO of Pascual Innoventures.
Sejal holds a Bachelor’s in Biochemical Engineering from UCL and a PhD in Rheology from Swansea University.
Prior to joining Cardumen Capital, he completed a Venture Capital Executive Program at UC Berkeley in California.
